For us to work with you and to produce these four fundamental tools to help to get your business started, is by paying £329.00 on acceptance of our proposal, £329.00 on 30day’s with the balance of £329.00 due 30day’s thereafter. Paying for our services in this way will give you the security and knowledge that we will deliver and help get your business off to a good start.
During the two months period from the acceptance of our proposal we will work with you to help you get the four foundations established, so that you can build on them. After this two month period, you can then decide if you wish to retain our services. If you decide to do so we will work with you on an hr rate of £49.00 per hr. This fee will be backed up with an itemized time sheet, so that you can see exactly what we are doing for you and what you are spending you’re hard earned money on. You can also decide on a set amount you wish to spend each month which can be reviewed at any time.
On setting up and running your accounting system (Sage Instant) for you for two months, including doing your book keeping. You can decide if you wish to retain our service or take over the accounts yourself. If you decide to retain our book keeping services, our fee is £15.00 per hour. This fee will also be backed up with an itemized time sheet. We can also offer training on Sage at a cost of £25.00 per hour should you wish to do your own accounts.
After the two months free website and email hosting there would be a monthly charge of £7.50 per month.
